  Hi Jen, I searched everywhere last year and found a mail order supplier called Flourbin http://www.flourbin.com/ they supply vital wheat gluten, good quality and reasonable price. If your in to bread making or baking, they have a huge range. Nothing like home made seitan! Good luck!
