My family and I were due to arrive in Swanage for the duration of carnival week as we do each year....however I have just found out that our accomodation has been double booked...I had reserved this on my departure last year...I will have two very upset young girls if i can't find an alternative....we were planning a seven night stay...any ideas please..???
