  Can anyone suggest any groomers in or near Lawrence who do dog nail grinding (rather than clipping)? My dog is very upset by clipping, because I made a mistake ONCE five years ago and hit the quick. He doesn't mind grinding, especially if he can get tiny bits of treats if he stays still and remains quiet. I cannot or will not go to the grooming place that first did it very nicely (reasons include: doubled their price and owner behaves too erratically). I bought a grinder, but I have too hard a time doing it myself unless a second person is present to give him treats so that he doesn't squirm.
