My tires are getting close to needing replacing, and I would like to get some recommendations from list members. I've had some no-name all terrains on it. They were not a very aggressive tread design...
to before, I'm running Peerless Force 4 ATs on my 79 K10 and they seem to be good tires. The tread is fairly aggressive for an all terrain and their pretty quite. They cost me $500 for 4 33 x12.50 s and I think they may be made by bridgestone. http://www.peerlesstyreco.com My mom has Pathfinder all terrains on her 99 Z71. They have a tread pattern similar to BFG ATs and are noisy in my opinion. They have lasted for about 40K miles so far and still have a little ways to go. My brother has 33 in. Yokohama Geolanders on his truck. They have a pretty agressive tread. I dont know how well they do off road or how noisy they are on the street.
Quick question, does anyone recommend a good place to get tires swapped along with balance and rotation? I'll go anywhere in JC or Manhattan, just need a place that won't break the bank. Thank you.
