  I just want to say that Bobby Hyatt HVAC is pathetic!! I called and reported a trouble call on Tuesday and waited until today to call back (twice) with not so even as a courtesy call back!! They originally put my system in and often times sent an invoice before my system was complete!! It appears to me that customer satisfaction is no where near the forefront once they have received payment for the initial installation!! I would not and will not recommend them for any installation or service calls!! Yes I will be contacting Bryant directly to help resolve this situation. My equipment was never registered by the original installer!!!
