My dad is wanting to move from Mississippi to Oakland to be closer to us. He is a self-employed handyman right now. He does HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, etc. He doesn't think he would be able to find work in Oakland. He really enjoys doing maintenance for apartments and rental houses too . Does anyone know where he might could apply for a job? He is 65 and has 30+ years experience doing this. He thinks he would have a difficult time being self employed in Oakland because of his age and he is unfamiliar with the area. Thanks
