  The optical shop at Sam's Club has some excellent prices and deals. I get my prescription done by Central Missouri Eyecare Associates (Dr. Greene's office), but I go to Sam's for my glasses because they're much less expensive for designer frames.

  Try Central Missouri Eyecare Associates. I think I got a flyer in the mail last month about them getting this machine. Beware though- they did mention in the flyer that many insurances don't cover the extra cost so ask about it up front.
