  Barbara C. wrote: Refinished our hardwood floors in August, 2016. Many mistakes where the stain bled through unevenly, areas without polyurethane, gaps between planks left unfixed. Have tired repeatedly to have this company return to fix the problems. Matt Johnston, owner, promises, schedules and never shows up. This has been going on for 5 months now. Very frustrating. I can not recommend this firm. Unprofessional and extremely unreliable. Poor Workmanship.
