  TO MY ELKHART, INDIANA FRIENDS: Do you know of any reliable and honest auto repair businesses in town. It is my mother's car and it has an antifreeze leak and she was told by one service station it would cost $1,000 because of the location of the leak and the labor involved. It is an old car and that amount of money is unreachable for either of us. And frankly, I am a little suspicious of the cost. She wants to take it for a second opinion somewhere. Any suggestions? If we can't get it done cheaper, we will have to junk the car and while I have a car she is welcome to use, it is still a big loss to her in terms of independence. Thanks.
