Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
Originally I am from Baltimore, MD., but grew up in St. Petersburg, FL., where I was treated for many years by my chiropractor from various sports injuries from playing baseball and football. I played college baseball there at St. Pete Junior College and was a journalism major. Dr. Donald Krippendorf mentored me into becoming a chiropractor.
Describe a typical work day for you?
I usually get up early and work on patients the minute I walk through the door. I love what I am doing, and enjoy caring for patients. Most of my day is treating patients, and paper work like sending personal thank you letters to every new patient that walks through the door.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
My enthusiasm is drawn from the thirty years of seeing how poorly my patients generally we or are "cared" for by other medical health professionals in my area. Just the general inability of many doctors who seem not to really care for their clients. This is something I had to work on and feel good about.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
Really just check around. Look at Google reviews helps. The general population has to check on the many chiropractors who severely over-charge with so-called "discount plans" that are prevalent in Mobile today. Our costs are, by far, the best, and ALL patients get the care they NEED not what they can afford.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
Many of the daily "miracles" that we see all the time from people actually being in better health after they treat with us than they even were BEFORE they had their symptoms.
