I am looking for meeting space that is on neutral territory but will also be condusive (ie not burger king etc).   The library seems like a logical meeting place. It's free. Here is the meeting room use policy (http://nccde.org/DocumentCenter/Home/View/3024) and here is the meeting room application form (http://nccde.org/DocumentCenter/Home/View/3019). Reservations need to be made directly through the library and can't be made online. The phone number for the library is 302-798-4164 and the manager's name is Beth Kloetzer (direct line - 302-798-6329)
