  I work at a small company, Motivo Engineering, with about 15 employees and we get insurance through http://www.calchoice.com/. That seems to be working well for us. I think it's nice because they give each employee a choice of insurance carriers, HMO or PPO, and deductible levels, so we can choose a plan that best fits our needs.
