  I'm in a major bind and need some help. FIRST, does anyone have a good Lansing-area moving company that they can recommend? One that you've used before? SECOND, does anyone know of a good real estate lawyer - again, in Lansing - that would be willing to represent my wife and I? We moved into a home we were buying as a short sale, and it turns out there were hidden issues that made the house both not finance-able with traditional mortgage and too expensive for a 203K. Instead of recognizing the deal is dead, the selling agent is intent on bullying us into buying the home and seems to be trying to blame us for the leaky, mold-infested basement the seller hid from us... It's a complete nightmare.

  If your contract is on a Greater Lansing Board of Realtors form, you'll likely have to go through their meditation process first. As for a good real estate attorney, contact John Fifarek.
