  Help, does anyone know of a vet in Ottawa who does payment plans? We just adpoted a cat, and it turns out he needs dental work, about 1400$ worth of dental work... I can't pay that in one go, I need a payment plan to spread the payments a bit. Also, I have heard to many horror stories about Ogdensburg vet to consider that.
