Fitness ladies, ladies who work out, nutrition gurus: Please read my entire post before simply making your recommendations as I know there are amazing fitness/nutrition ladies all over the city but I know my weakness and know that I won't travel too far. I'm looking for a great fit for me, in the downtown/Wellington Village/Westboro area.
I need a program/gym/trainer/whip-cracker that will get my ass to the gym and ultimately get me results. I just had an incredible workout at Free Form Fitness with my neighbour and the place is amazing but I'm not sure I can afford the price tag.
The idea of 1/2 hour, intense workouts, in the Wellington Village area appeal to me. If I'm not meeting someone I won't make it.
Can you please send me your thoughts on programs that work and will hold me accountable? I should also mention I work shift work so a regular class, at a regular time, is not an option.
Is this a situation where the hefty price of FFF is worth the cost and I should find a way to make it work? Are there other options close to me?
What has worked for others....whose couch looks comfy in -20 weather?
