  My father passed away November 5th and I have been assigned by the court as the representative of his estate. His girlfriend is in possession of all his things and living in the house titled in his name. She won't let me have access to the house. The sheriff won't let me go over there and get all my father's stuff out or Marshall the assests including his house. I'm afraid and aware of things already being stolen out of the estate. Is there a lawyer or paralegal I can speak with that doesn't want to charge me $100 an hour? I just need to know what to do to get her out without her stealing everything. I will do all the paperwork myself.
