  I would imagine the electric is from AEP, American Electric Power. Are they talking about the Amish bakery on Rt. 41 which is immediately south of the Ross/Pike Co. line? I don't know of any other bakeries for many miles, that is a fairly remote area. AEP's automated customer service # is 877-237-2886, hopefully you can talk to a live person and ask if that is in their service area and start service.
