  Jennifer Peacock..please feel free to delete my post if it doesn't fall in the scope of this group. I'm seeking advice regarding chalk paint. From what I've gathered Annie Sloan is the premiere chalk paint to use. But it's expensive and not available locally as far as I can tell. I found a blog recommending a Valspar Ultra "Super Flat" paint plus primer product..but then discovered that line of paint has recently been discontinued by Valspar. What type do you seasoned refinishers use? Are there any retailers of ASCP in Rome? And any suggestions for chalk painting kitchen cabinets? They're just 12 year old "builder grade" cabinets in good shape, with light finish, never painted or otherwise messed with. Thanks for any info you all can share!
