  Dana Sparrow Borrelli thanks! I will email you guys my resume, I am currently the executive sous chef at www.j-fat.com it's just the commute is killing me. The restaurant I am currently running does about 120 k a week in food sales. So I am used to high volume and fast pace. Again thanks for the invite and I will shoot your resume. My next days off are next Tuesday and Wednesday so maybe we can meet then.
