I have a rental that needs to be cleaned either the night (after 6pm) of the 13th, or the morning of the 14th. Looking it's roughly 1100 Sq ft and should be completely empty. There are original (1920s) hardwood floors downstairs that need cleaning and polishing, trim needs to be all wiped down, and the bathroom needs to be disinfected and thoroughly scrubbed for the next tenant. Possibly more depending on how the current tenant leaves it, but hopefully shouldn't be too intense. Any recommendations?
