  We run regular 1 day emergency first aid at work courses in the area. Next open courses are 30 March in Cinderford and 19 May in Monmouth. Places are £70 each. We could run a private course for you if you have a suitable space, it works out around the same price per head for 4 on a private course.   ITC 16 hour outdoor first aid running on 21-22 September in the Forest of Dean. Will be another one in October, although dates not yet confirmed. Also 16-17 June is running, spaces left. See www.borderlandsoutdoor.com
