  I decided to use Easyproperty.com for my listing. Found them pretty good so far and very cost effective. Just listed the house on last Friday (same day when we completed the purchase) and most likely may have found a tenant today after 4 people saw the house today.

  Daz, great experience with Easyproperty.com Completed purchase last week started marketing on the same afternoon and found tenants today who are happy to pay a bit more than market rent even when the house was looking like a building site. They have paid today for referencing and have asked the them to reference the tenants.
