  Help please ladies. My brother lives in Devon and has a little terrace house that he rents out in Caversham. It currently has a roof that's in need of fixing as it's leaking into a bedroom every time it rains! He's been in touch with 3 (yes 3!!) roofers who have promised to go round and look at the problem. They've either not turned up as agreed (even when brother has driven up from Devon to meet them!), or have turned up but then haven't provided the quote! He needs a RELIABLE roofer who will go round and evaluate the problem and actually give a quote. Can anyone recommend someone??
