Looking for suggestions for a therapist to help with back pain, I have a tilted pelvis and have already tried acupuncture but it didn't work for me so looking for other suggestions now

I have a tilted pelvis from a bad back injury sustained 14 years ago. At the time my consultant said exercise was the best protection and suggested yoga. It has been the only thing which has kept me mobile over the years and if I stop doing it for any length of time then I'm in excruciating pain. I've never experienced anything like back pain - I really feel for you. This morning I'm starting a new (to me) class in the Star & Garter. I spoke with Susan and she seems to know her stuff.
