Seeking home advice! I got home and coserv came out and shut off my gas. Major leak on my yard line. Must call a plumber, they get a permit, then fix it and they coserv can turn it back on.
1. Any cheap plumbers?
2. How much is this costing?
3. Does insurance pay?
4. Since this is outside my inside walls (townhomes) they should pay. Wishful thinking. My pipe they claimed was an act of god the second time it happened.
Does anyone know an affordable, trustworthy plumber? Looks like I may have a leaky pipe. I'm hoping my homeowners will be able to cover the repair, but I need someone to come out Friday, Saturday, or even Monday if need be. Let me know, thx!
Plumbing by Jay 972-377-4114. His prices were more reasonable than the large plumbing companies I called for an estimate, and he used to be a minister. He was recommended by the gas company when we had a gas leak, and I was very impressed with how he went above and beyond the call of duty with no extra charge when the gas company guy had to leave early.
