  I'm interested in getting feedback regarding recommendations for local plumbers for installing a hot water heater. I am leaning towards tankless, but might continue with a tanked hot water heater. As we all know, plumbers tend to be rather expensive and everyone seems to be looking for that good plumber at a reasonable price. Anyone out there have tankless hot water systems? Would love to hear your pros and cons on that. Also, plumber(s) you'd recommend to do the job at what you'd consider a reasonable price ... that is, not exorbitant. Thanks

  Gem Plumbing is the local favorite but they are also fairly busy. Keithley Plumbing was very quick to respond when I first moved in to my house and ended up with a water shut-off valve that wouldn't shut off. http://www.keithleyplumbing.com
