I live here in Surfside but I have a home . My sister ( who will be 60 and on her own) is thinking about a safe place that isn't as expensive as a home . Any comments suggestions are appreciated .   There are some good spots in the area. Some of the condos in Deerfield are nice, depends on price range really. They go from about 70-110 k. I'm an agent with Century 21 Hawkeye in Surfside and know the area quite well.
