  I'm looking for recommendations for car repair. I have a 2010 Jeep Liberty and the dealership told me it has carbon buildup in the engine that needs removed - something about the engine not running hot enough to burn off the carbon. I don't know if this is a bunch of hooey or not but they want to charge me $2,000. I would appreciate any references for a good and honest mechanic. Thank you :D

  Auto Tech on Shawnee Mission (913) 268-7887. Laura's car had a bad water pump. It was a holiday weekend. The guys worked us in and got her car back on the road and didn't charge us an arm and a leg.
