  Joel Stroud with Alderson and Stroud. He's been building for over 20 years. He is the nicest most ethical builder I've ever met. His houses are cost effective but really nice. Hey, anyone can claim to be a builder, Joel is the real deal. Ask him to let you look at some of his work. His contact info is 479-200-3435. Let him know that I sent you, he'll take good care of you and your in-laws (Oh, and unlike most builders, he'll be around years after the completion of the home to answer questions and stand behind his work)
