  Morning All, Looking for a tradesmen to visit a property in Welling, Kent (DA16) in the next couple of days. There has been a leak in the bath waste in my bathroom which has leaked into the ceiling of the apartment below. The owners below have told the management company who have had a quote for the repairs which looks very uncompetitive. They are suggesting to take down the whole bathroom ceiling, repair/replace joints (which I think is probably not necessary depending on size of leak), then re-board ceiling with aqua board, skim and paint. If you operate in this area and can get to the property for a quote this week then please let me know. Many Thanks
