She is willing to talk to the person lucky/crazy enough to take us on. Also--affordable. Yes, we want the moon. And we strongly prefer Evanston or nearby as we'd like to meet at least once in person. Business experience is crucial as we tried someone last year who mostly did personal and some things were missed.
