May Island is great and reasonably priced. Don't let the outside fool you. There's also a brand new spot in shirlington but haven't tried yet

May Island opened about the time I moved here....think I kept it open its first few months! Sushi is quality and the Chinese food is good as well, although I mostly stick to the sushi. I think the sushi chef is also the owner. Family run and all very nice.
