  Temp Stat. They just did some work at my place and were fair with the price and totally reliable. They called to keep me posted about scheduling, etc. and they showed up exactly when they said they would! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home, too. I've had contractors come out and knock cabinets off of hinges when moving appliances around. Not these guys. I used to work for a real estate company that uses Temp Stat for the HVAC needs of their entire portfolio, which is how I knew about Temp Stat and why I felt confident that they would go above and beyond in getting the job done.
