  Midtown childcare? Hey everyone, My partner and I have been searching frantically for childcare for our September arrival, and we're quickly learning what an uphill battle finding childcare can be. We've called all the local Montessori daycares and schools, local churches (we're not religious), and have looked at care.com. other specific places that would have been our top picks: Primrose school KU med Global montessori school Montessori academy on Cherry St. I am a teacher in KCK and he has a sales job in overland park. We've been wait listed or told full by every place we've contacted. Someone recently shared the advice that a referral might be the best way to go. Realistically we have about 1.2k/month for care, maybe a little more if squeeze. Does anyone have referrals, tips, specific schools, or any recommendations about finding childcare? Kc specific and general advice welcomed!
