  I am in search of some advice to how to go about finding either a handyman or a contractor. I have recently moved into the the house I grew up in here in South Lake. It's literally falling apart and I need to replace all the floors, the subflooring in 3 rooms, replace the oven and dishwasher, as well as repaint the interior and fix some light fixtures that seem to have wiring problems. I'm not sure what here needs a licensed contractor or not, any help to point me in the right direction would be great. Thank you!
