  Yes, looks like Grand Forks Veterinary Services is not accepting any new clients as of Nov 01, 2015 or until they can get another vet into the office. If it's an emergency, they will take a look at the animal. They have become my vet since Dr. Simms left. I have also used the Arrow Lake Veterinary hospital, and they are very good.
