  It needs machine polishing, I work for the leading bodyshop in Northampton as a VDA- vehicle damage assessor, depending of severity and deepness of scratches and existing swirl marks will depend on the finish but will always give a 85% or more improvement, the next level is to go to a detailing specialist who if they are any good will have a starting price of £300 upwards. http://www.castlecoachworks.co.uk/
