  We used chef Raoul ((713) 870-2838). Everyone loved his food! He was able to provide alcohol also, we did a margarita machine, beer, and wine. He is kind of hard to get in touch with and a little pricy but very worth it. He will make anything you want. I've did buffet style with the employees serving the food.
