  Is it customary to leave the hair dresser in tears? I went to a very well-reviewed salon on Saturday (my first visit there) and I left in shocking disappointment - so upset at what they did, and had to still pay for it in full. Not at ALL what I asked for. I DO NOT want to go back to them - is there anyone who can help? This is now the second time I've been to a new salon where they've completely screwed up my hair. I'm almost afraid to go anywhere else. Can someone recommend an affordable fixer please?
