  Julie H. wrote: Turned up numerous times early in morning and evening at my house prior to work commencing, Mark had forgotten which windows i wanted, and then forgot to order door. When door was fitted it was a different one to what i had actually ordered!! Appalling after care service. Has not supplied any guarantees despite assuring us he would prior to installation of windows and doors. Refuses to answer any text messages, phone calls, letters from my myself, solicitor and Certas. There are now issues with numerous windows, but he refuses to answer. Avoid at all costs. The most unprofessional, incompetent company i have ever dealt with. Picture below shows marks internally on a few of the windows. Worse state than the ones that were replaced!
