  We had exactly the same issue, only place I could find to do it in site were Jeremy France in Winchester. They have someone who can do valuations on site on regular dates, we had to go on a specific date, leave and collect in the afternoon and then the valuation report comes later. I recall they charge based on the valuation, within certain bands. http://jeremyfrancejewellers.co.uk
