  Tracy R. wrote: We went into storage for a month, when they moved our stuff up to Cumbria they brought other peoples stuff with them, so much for it all being stored separately !! One item was left behind. On the day of the move once we had already set off they contacted us to say they couldn't transport my Husbands motorbike, as it had to much fuel in the tank. Nothing was said when we dropped it off and we'd checked about the tank being drained as every other remover insisted on the tank being drained they said it was fine, as long as there wasn't much in there, it was on reserve. The guys that did the pack up, nice young lads but did nothing but swear the whole time they were there, good job i have no kids around. The guys that dropped everything off very courteous. Don't know what they did with my stuff during off load into storage and loading for move. We are x services so have moved up and down the country as well as overseas, so we know how to pack. We have never had so many damage and breakages. An irreplaceable item that was wrapped up in paper and bubble wrap put in a box and then inside a wooden box again with plenty of packaging and plastered with fragile stickers, was smashed to pieces. Tv put in one of their tv bags, glass stand chipped, numerous vases and ornaments smashed. Wasn't like we'd picked the cheapest quote, so would of expected our stuff to be looked after!! Not even contacted after the move to see if we were happy with everything, probably because they knew we wouldn't be after my husband had to travel back down to pick up his motorbike, which we had paid to have moved up here and a week later had to travel a two hour round trip again at our expense to pick up the item they had forgotten to bring with them first time round. They were passing an hour away, he had to go and meet them, not they go out of there way!!
