  Hello. I suspect this has been asked before but we are remodelling the rear of our house, inside and out, upstairs and down, digging out to level off one area and building a small double storey extension. We would like someone (or more likely a firm) who can handle the whole process, from drawing up plans (with some imagination), to planning permissions, to doing the build itself, project managing it, keeping to budgets and providing all the trades to complete all the fixes. I am only interested in recommendations you have used and that we can see the workmanship of. At this stage we want to interview and chat through with 3 or 4 firms as we are very clear what we want, just not how it can be achieved, with a view to ensuring the build is completed no later than the end of 2016 (preferably before). I look forward to hearing from you with your suggestions for this "miracle worker"!
