  Hi, does anyone know of a great English-speaking dentist around here? I have tried a few, and came to the realization that "English-Speaking" is more of a marketing gimmick here than an actual truth. Also, it seems as though I have been directed to "Luxury" dentists, where for some reason they feel I should pay more because they've graced my presence with crappy Italian-designed furniture - then proceed to have no clue what an actual cavity is. Additionally, it seems that no dentists here actually have the xray machines on-site?
