  I need legal advice regarding a car insurance claim. I was side-swiped by a city plow on Friday and really need to talk to someone with knowledge of car insurance and what options I have regarding this. The preliminary assessment is that my car will be a total loss. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I've never had to do this before, so I'm kind of naive as to the process.
