  Chalie Neil (215) 335-1758. Lic & insured plumber. Lives in Winchester park area. Use him for my house and rentals. Other trades have commented about his work. In the 6 years I been using him never once has he had to come back and fix something I paid him the first time to do. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
