  Hi guys looking to come over to whitby to stay over for a couple of days has anyone got any recommendations for where to stay that has car parking and family rooms near the centre?

  

  Nichola G. replied:

  Hi Conrad, Slightly left field, as we don't have car parking (although there is a long stay car park approximately 50 m away) but we're a self catering cottage in the heart of the historic east side of Whitby. We're 4* rated, grade 2 listed and have 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 + travel cot). We have fabulous views of the upper harbour and only a 5 minute saunter to the beach! We provide free wi-fi, all bedding and towels, tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of wine. We cannot accept pets or hen/stag parties and we don't allow smoking though.   Hi Sue, Have you ever considered a self catering cottage? If so, why not check out our little cottage by the sea! We're a 4*, grade 2 listed, 2 bedroom (sleeps 4 + a travel cot) cottage, very central, with no hills or steep steps to climb to get to and fabulous views of the upper harbour.   Hope it's ok to post this for a friend.Family returning back to Whitby to live after a bereavement. Danielle Ryder 1 hr · *HELP* I've got my Dad and sister moving back into the country next week and I'm struggling to find them some accommodation for at least a week (possible max of 2) while they find somewhere to rent. If anyone knows of a B+B or holiday cottage or better still a 2 bed furnished/part furnished rental anywhere with availability from the 27th that isn't ridiculously priced then I would be eternally grateful and I'd even give you my last rolo if I had any
