Good morning ladies, maple syrup season is fast approaching and I have a quick question for all of you. Do any of you know where I can find a real sugar shack in the NCR? One without the huge dining hall where they serve you food out of hot plates, but a sugar shack where they show you the progression of making maple syrup from aboriginals through to you today. Where you can walk through the woods and collect the sap to bring to the boiler.
The kind where they serve you maple syrup on the snow. And where you end up eating sausages and flapjacks while sitting at a picnic table outside.
