  We have had ours repaired or replaced 3 times. The first two guys couldn't figure out why it was leaking. The last guy fixed it and it hasn't leaked yet (been 4 years). The roofers name is Mr. Garcia and he is with Professional Contractors Group Inc. (757) 288-0108 It sounds like a group of contractors but it isn't. He has done other roof work for us since.
