  Are there any builders out there who have experience of doing loft conversions and are available to start within the next 6 weeks? The velux's are already in and we have full structural engineer plans to guide the completion of the loft. We need the floor relaying, the stairs moved, plumbing, electrics and plastering etc. It has been an loft room for 15 years (so there are stairs for access, electricity and plumbing already in the loft) and we intend to use it as an office space.
